At Stitch, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our refund and return process.
Returns
- You have 15 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as swimwear and underwear, are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, please contact us at stitch.official23@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at stitch.official23@gmail.com to begin the process. Exchanges are only available for items that are in stock.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Swimwear, underwear, and other intimate products (for hygiene reasons)
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
